Last notes for the song "The Egg and I" (from Cowboy Bebop) on piano?

I can't yet read sheet music and I'm unable to find the notes anywhere
online. If anyone knows them please help me out. From what I got by
ear, I believe the beginning is E, E, A flat, B, E, A, A flat, F, E
then E, E , A flat, F, D, C flat... but the end little jingle is hard
to get. I appreciate it :]
