Cher Lloyd and One Direction Won Xfactor or Matt Cardle? wtf?

Ok im confused. really confused.

Matt Cardle was the winner of X Factor 2010 right?

and now Cher lloyd is releasing singles and recording with producers
in America an Simons 'Precious' gay Boy Band Zero Directions is
Releasing their Debut Album soon and jetting to the USA aswell every
24/7...like WTF? While Matt Cardle The fxxking WINNER is stuck with
the shiiilt SYCO team in the UK.. :/

can someone explain why this is happening? there's no point in doing a
singing contest if the winner dosent even get anything out of it. they
(SIMON COWELL) chhooose the winners.

i hope this xfactor 2011 is better, seeing as those suck up judges
scarpered!
