Does anyone else find this X-Men historical allegory bizarrely fitting?

Magneto is Stalin and Charles is FDR, who both both team up to fight
Shaw, who is Hitler, before turning on each other.

What's weird is that FDR, like Charles, was in a wheelchair and
Sebastian Shaw actually IS a frickin NAZI!

Is this cool or what?
